Craniosacral Therapy: The Biodynamic Heart | Episode 1
I am excited to present the introduction to my 14 hour online course called 'The Biodynamic Heart.' This 35 minute video episode introduces an in depth look at the heart from many perspectives including anatomy, embryological origins, blood flow and fluids, electrical system and depolarization of cells, trauma inhibitions, primary respiration and the breath of life. Throughout each of the 14 hours, you will receive information through lecture and then participate in mindful attention awareness exercises to increase your perceptual skill. As an added benefit you may find and restore your heart.

Great teaching style, thanks.
This is what a person who preys on peoples ignorance looks like. You're an actual criminal in my book. Bloody fraud.
Comments are definitely being removed. These scammers are insane!
Go to a physiotherapist. This nonsense is a scam only used by people with no education and very few life skills. The people that do this, are terrible people potentially putting your health at risk as instead of getting legitimate medical help a person might go to one of these witch doctors for a placebo instead and worsen their overall health doing so. This person is no better than someone working at a scam call centre in India. Beware!
Lavoro molto interessante . Sono una studente italiana di terapia CS biodinamica. Utili questi video per vedere la posizione dell'operatore . Il sentire avviene con tanta pratica e concentrazione .
Who is here because of Little Fokkers?
Here. Not sorry. If I learn about something new I’m looking it up.
Similar to the telescopic technique, isn't?
Is there a follow up video?
What did the client want addressed when he walked in. Any pain? Sits all day? An active dad that can't win a race with his toddler?
Isn’t it amazing when you are up on the shoulders at the head and you can feel a blockage in the spine. And the energy just feels like it is stopped at a chakra point and when you feel it finally releases.
This website is a treasure…Thank you!
Has anyone had very positive experiences receiving this type of therapy?
yes its been tremendously helpful for my head aches
Yes. For releasing emotional trauma.
It’s placebo…so if you respond well to placebos then this may “work” for you.
Thanks Ken. this helps.
Thank you so much. Such a beautiful gentle process
How do you keep barriers and remove them? Is it something that you do physically or just Orient your attention... ?
Hello Doctor, does the cranio-sacral -rhythem move simultanesouly with breathing ? Thanks a lot
No, it has his own rhythm.
It is like the waves of the ocean like a rocking feeling to me.
@@pattiwiser388 thank you
@@cordenauta Thank you
Thank you so much for all the details on the explanation 👏👏👏👏
What next? Do we fix the out of synchronised hips or just let it be?
Does it work for chronic insomnia. Lots of people suffer from sleep disorder.
Are you feeling the pulse?
il impose ses mains comme Jésus mais lui il est payé
🤦🏿 🤦🏿 🤦🏿
You have to make a living. I had one cranial sacral treatment and I can't wait to have another. This is wonderful. Such gentle subtlety brings so much benefit.
Hi sir who is qualified to give this therapy? Neurologist?
Craniosacral therapyst.
I think anyone with bodywork experience.
I have subscribed to your channel. You explain exactly what you are feeling each step so clearly. Then you ask how that feels differently. 👍
What is Zone B field?
The most relaxing voice I've heard in ages. Ken should do some guided mediations 😅
Miss your classes!
👍🙏
Very interesting!
Quackery! What utter nonsense
I can totally understand your point of view if your not used to craniosacral work. this is actually amazing work to be able to talk and be with eyes open while keeping up with the subtle sensations. only an experienced practioner is able to. it is very profound and effective :)
I thought the craniosacral fluid ended at the bottom of the spine. How do you feel it in the heels?
You're right, the fluid is around the brain and spinal cord! This is total non-scientific rubbish.
@@alisong9994 and YOU it would appear have not had a Cst session Some people clients feel very little , others feel and express a lot.
Coccyx has nerves attached to it and end up in our feet. Feet, legs and thighs are all part of our lower body as one.
Tap on the Craniosacral Rythym……❤
This is not a dumb question though because I am taking a Craniosacral course and so far nothing has been mentioned about being able to evaluate through the heel of the foot. It may come up later in the session but I'm just as shocked as you
Thanks 👍
AWESOME
You cannot feel CSF moving with your hands. Why is this a thing?
Hi d solo When asked the same question by his osteopath students Dr William Sutherland said “Be still and know” I will endeavor to explain that To become aware of the movement of csf one must devote some time and energy to becoming still It is quite easy to increase perceptual skills if one lets go of negative preconceptions that preclude normal human capabilities Human hands are able to perceive a movement of 1-2 microns Human parietal bones have been measured on healthy cranium moving up to 40 microns Why then would it not be possible to feel the movement of csf within the cranium? CSF volume fluctuates to assist in osmotic changes within the brain. This is scientifically known and measured Cranial bones move slightly to assist in pressure regulation. The cranial bones expand away from each other slightly to create more space This allows greater volume of fluid without increasing pressure The increasing csf volume expands inferiority down the spine. This fluid nourishes the spinal cord and nerve roots It can be felt as a volume wave not unlike standing in the ocean and feeling a gentle wave moving past you. The increased volume moves the sacrum slightly inferior with an arc As the energy expends itself the spinal meninges gently pull the sacrum superior This action is like a passive pump that assists the csf back toward the cranium As you may imagine these are subtle things but when ones learns the skills to feel this it opens up ones perception to feel amazing things in and around the human body Be well Ken DiPersio
Hi..I do cranial bones...cranial nerves decompression...manually Many times the best results comes after 2 hours treatment with my patients.. I have 1 patient per day only.. After one of them come to my place for massage..physical therapy..chiropractic treatment ..all in one...he never will visit another doctor or physicians.. I like the way you demonstrated about cranial bones manipulation Thank you
You most certainly can those who are very intuitive with the body can feel it in there hands when doing cranial not all may experience this I have done it many times I've been a LMT for 16 years
what about the pauses? I didn't hear you talk about that.
Where is ur location dr ?
There’s no evidence we can do anything to fascia. None. This might feel good but it’s not doing what you claim it’s doing.
I have a question about speech being effected from alleged “mini strokes” per a dr. But I feel cranio therapy should help with this. My mother has her thoughts but has just started not being able to articulate them, very frustrating
Why might this technqiue be beneficial? What are the indications?
I looked at your website, and don't see a basic, craniosacral intro class. I learned the basics in massage therapy school, and am just looking for a refresher of some kind. Would you have anything like this?
Ray of Light Training has a great class online. I took it in person and purchased the online access. It’s worth every penny.
I love and appreciate your videos. I understand that these techniques release stress, tension and help with healing. I feel that the techniques are working amazingly for my 14 year old, but I still can't feel this cranial rhythm through the body. Why is that?
Why can't I feel this rhythm? If someone had mild trauma to the right side, would this exercise be good for every part of the body on the right??
Love your video, but I'm not feeling any cranialsacral rhythm. I'm so amazed how quickly you pick it up. Can you give any extra tips?? I've being very attune and quiet and still I get nothing!
What work for me to solve that I just imagined feeling a rhythm and soon I was able to feel it and actually see it. alicek. You probably won't rec've this comment but maybe someone with that question.
I have started a biodynamic craniosacral learning experience brought to you through zoom call To find out more contact me at kjdtherapy.com or kjdtherapy@gmail.com. We are now in a14 day 1 hour per day class called The Biodynamic Heart In a continuing series we will cover next The Biodynamic Gut and The biodynamic Periphery. Classes are lecture and experiential Be well. Ken DiPersio
The atlas occipital joint release often needs to be done slowly over a long period of time. Try to view it as a meditative exercise as the body takes you into deeper awareness of the multiple layers of restriction. I have used an hour session just for this area Ken
How long should one do this exercise for?
What does flexion feel like?
Does this help with mild scoliosis?
Great video, thanks :)
Amazing work, I would love to do this kinda of myofascial work👍
